The Perth Wildlife Rescue Network was formed in August of 2015. It was formed by a group of Wildlife Rehabilitators, wanting to form better and stronger networks with Rehabilitators, Wildlife Shelters and Veterinary Practices to better assist the public in ensuring wildlife they find receives the best help.
The aim of the group is to work with communities to assist people who find injured, displaced, or orphaned Wildlife, by advising “Basic Wildlife First Aid” and assisting the rescuer in finding their nearest Wildlife Shelter, Registered Wildlife Rehabilitator or Wildlife Friendly Veterinarian.
Through our Facebook group we aim to educate the people on various Wildlife related issues and provide information for any training available with any of Perth’s many Wildlife Shelters.
